In October 2020, MAP supported the reconstruction and redevelopment of the Breil-sur-Roya solidarity grocery store, run by the Pompiers du 06 of Menton, which had been completely destroyed by storm Alex. In order to see for themselves the refurbishments that have been carried out, a MAP delegation made up of the Heads of Local Actions, Ms Linda Ammendola, General Secretary, and Ms Emanuela Bartoli, Administrator, as well as the Projects Coordinator, Mr Nicolas Ryter, visited Breil in the presence of the volunteers who run the local grocery store, and several beneficiary families. Some forty families come to the store every week, which provides essential food aid thanks to the financial support of MAP.
