Au Niger, l’accès à l’eau est au coeur des préoccupations, un problème exacerbé par le réchauffement climatique qui nécessite de repenser les forages de puits traditionnels. Le projet prévoit l’aménagement d’un site agricole par la mise en place d’un dispositif d’exhaure à base d’énergie solaire afin de contribuer à la sécurité alimentaire et aux revenus des producteurs.
